i think this one is awesome. But in all of them i keep wondering how you got those small folders on the right and top of the screen. was that candybar too?

cmd+j on desktop and select 32px icons, then you need 32px icons of course.

well mainly how you have what appear to be different sizes of folders on your desktop. some bigger than others. and also how if your main folders are on your desktop, do you have aliases in your finder?

All the icons are 32pixel, even the top ones, they're 16 to 32px modified in PS.

The top ones are aliases, the left ones are real folders.
